| 2009 has been quite a surprise! While all were hunkered down for a quiet Victoria Real Estate market in January and Febuary exerything changed about mid April. And now in late fall the October sats are surprising. The most October sales since 1992 ... 742 properties sold,400 houses, 203 condos, 76 Townhomes, 12 manufactured homes. We now have a reduced inventory of just 3200 listings down from the high of over 4700 in August 2008 which will inevitably put upward pressure on prices.
